Terms of Use

By creating an account or using the Bunny Tax app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the income, expense and tax information you enter

• The free plan lets you record up to 20 income entries and 20 expense entries
• Bunny Tax Pro unlocks unlimited entries, full-year tax projections and receipt photos on expenses
• Bunny Tax Pro is available as a monthly subscription (R149 per month), a yearly subscription (R1,499 per year) or a once-off lifetime purchase (R1,800). The price charged is the one shown in your app store at the time of purchase
• Eligible new subscribers get a free trial on subscriptions. The trial length is shown in the app before you subscribe
• A lifetime purchase is a single payment that unlocks Bunny Tax Pro for as long as the app is offered, with no renewals

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when the free trial ends
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription
• If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in line with their refund policies

Bunny Tax provides tax estimates for informational purposes only. The information provided should not be considered financial, tax, or legal advice. Estimates are based on the information you enter and on published SARS tax tables, and may differ from your final assessment. Please consult a qualified tax professional or the South African Revenue Service (SARS) for official guidance.

• Do not use Bunny Tax for any unlawful purpose
• Do not attempt to access other users' data or interfere with the app or its services
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms

To the extent permitted by South African law, Bunny Tax is not liable for any penalties, interest, losses or damages arising from your use of the app or from reliance on its estimates.

How we collect and use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy. You can request deletion of your account at any time.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and within the app. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
